Network Outsource uses a double opt-in process to obtain user consent for automated account alerts:

User Website Disclosure:

On our website, users are invited to sign up for account alerts. The disclosure states:

“To receive automated account alerts from Network Outsource, text NOTIFY to +1 (321) 300-3670. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.”

User Opt-In via SMS:

When a user texts NOTIFY to +1 (321) 300-3670, they receive the following confirmation message:

“FROM: Network Outsource – Reply YES to subscribe to automated account alerts from Network Outsource. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.”

Double Opt-In Confirmation:

Users must reply YES to confirm their subscription. Only after receiving “YES” are they added to the distribution list and begin to receive account alerts.

Opt-Out and Help Instructions:

At any time, users can reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.
