HISTORY
Network Outsource was started 2003. "We" (in the corporate sense) is really just one person, most of the time. Steve O'Neal is the proprietor and subject matter expert who provides the services.
We operate in the eastern central Florida area, but are open to traveling further if the assignment make financial sense for both parties. Network outsource is fully insured for business-liability and auto.
Steve has been in a variety of roles over the past 20 years which gives him a very broad understanding of how all the components of Networks, Telecom, and end-user applications interconnect.
The business model of Technology Contracting ( Telecom subcontractor, IT Gun-for-hire, Field service partner) is unique, but well understood by us.
VALUES
However, technical knowledge aside, the most valuable quality we bring to this market is CUSTOMER SERVICE. Anyone who manages technicians knows just how important this is. Steve has been in customer-facing roles most of his adult life.
When on a customer location, maintaining the delicate customer/provider relationship is every bit as important and the technical delivery. Image and perception are everything. It's the subtleties such as dress, hygiene, speech and the air of confidence which can cause a customer interaction to succeed or fail.
PROCESS
Also, following protocols and delivering detailed documentation are another of our strong points. It is so important when a company is managing an enterprise-wide roll-out to be sure they are getting consistent results everywhere. This is while paying close attention to the instructions is key.
